Marinette County allows Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV's) to use all designated all-terrain vehicle trails and routes in Marinette County.
Marinette County has over 300 miles of ATV/UTV trails for you to explore. The majority of this trail system is open year round except when they are closed for approximately the month of April due to soft & wet trail conditions during the spring break-up.
An Important Reminder:
ATV riders on the Iron Snowshoe ATV trails in the Butler Rock area of Marinette County which connect into the Oconto County summer only ATV trail system at the county lines- need to be aware that Oconto County's ATV trails won't open until May 1st and closes Oct. 31st each year.

Marinette County has over 600 miles of snowmobile trails for you to explore. The trails are scenic, wide, well-groomed, and clearly marked. The trail system opens [ski 1] anytime after Dec. 15th each year depending on the snow conditions.
While you may never travel ALL of Wisconsin's 25,000 miles of scenic, interconnected snowmobile trails, you may be tempted to try! In Marinette County, we have hundreds of miles of trails of our own, all tied into the statewide system. Many of them will take you right to the doorstep of your resort or lodging accommodations.
Snowmobiling gets more popular every year in our area, as visitors discover this area's vast interconnected network of well-cared-for trails.
Marinette County is blessed with a whole army of volunteers organized in clubs which maintain hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails everywhere in the county. There are 7 distinct trail systems these clubs work to provide...and thanks to them...we can ALL enjoy the ride!

Pembine Sport and Lawn is your year round “power for the outdoors.” We are located in the heart of Northwoods in Pembine on Hwy 141.
We have convenient access to the trail system with over 200 miles of rideable miles right out our backdoor. You are welcome to park and ride from our store and for your convenience there is a ramp available for unloading making it easy for you to hit the trails.
Don’t have your own ATV/UTV or snowmobile?
Thats ok. You can rent one from us! We have a wide range of ATV’s, UTV’s and Snowmobiles available for rent.
Popp’s Resort is located in northeastern Wisconsin on the beautiful wild shores of High Falls Flowage. High Falls Flowage is one of a series of lakes formed by the Peshtigo River near Crivitz, WI.

Enjoy a weekday pontoon rental! Based on availability. Includes fuel. Must have boating certificate to rent or be 25 yrs old! An enjoyable and affordable outing for the whole family! Located on the High Falls Flowage, Cauldron Falls, Lake Noquabay and Newton Lake! Pontoon Boat Rentals from Twin Bridge Four Seasons are $200 per day.
Kick back, relax and enjoy the beauty of the Northwoods from the seat of a recreational kayak. The Wildman Adventure Resort kayak tour takes you to the serene High Falls flowage, where adventure and beauty come together. The High Falls flowage is surrounded by almost 10,000 acres of wild lands that are open to the public and are yours to explore. The vast wilderness creates a feeling of being in a remote Canadian lake, but you will never be far from home. The cool tannin stained water, granite outcroppings and islands, big fish, and forested shores are like being north of the border. The wild shores of the 1,600 acre High Falls Flowage are part of the Peshtigo River, the same river that passes by the Wildman Adventure Resort.
During your 2-3 hour adventure, be prepared for spectacular wildlife sightings including encounters with bald eagles, great blue heron, loon, a variety of ducks, sand hill cranes, turkey vultures, whitetail deer, black bear, coyotes, fox, wolves, and river otters just to name a few. Your trip will take you on a paddling voyage where you will be exploring the open water, the shorelines, and even wild islands. We try to end all of our trips on a high note, even our more laid back trips. Those that live life on the edge might choose the optional end of trip cliff jump!

Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. It evolved out of ocean wave surfing but adding a paddle helps to increase mobility and balance while allowing you to explore anything from lakes to rivers to oceans. The unique vantage point allows you to see more of the horizon as well as what’s below you in the water. You will be surprised by how easy it is to maneuver and how quickly you pick up this new skill.

Unleash your inner aerial daredevil as you soar through the trees along the Menominee River on this Wisconsin zip line tour. One small step off the platform and it’s you’re flying! You will experience five zip lines for over 1900 feet of adrenaline pumping action. Zip along the Menominee River and experience expansive views of both Wisconsin and Michigan. Land in towering pines as you move your way throughout the course. The final 600 foot zip will send leave you wanting to go again and again. Location - Menominee River Outpost
Paintball is a game of action and strategy. Teamwork and steady nerves are key components to success in this challenging game. Players fire at the opposing team with paintballs in a pursuit to outmaneuver and conquer the other team. Our field referee will give instruction on rules and safety for the games played on our custom field. Your half day of Wildman Paintball Pursuit will include games such as The Battle of Bull Run, El Presidente, Death by Splatter, and Speedball.
Paintball is an action game in which players on one team seek to eliminate those on an opposing team by marking them with water-soluble dye, shot in capsules from air guns. Safety equipment includes a face mask with goggles, and chest protector.
Paintball events are held in our wooded and sloping terrain field, with bunkers and obstacles placed within the field area. Paintball is appropriate for people of all skill levels.

We've picked the best rock climbing spot in the region just for you. This will definitely get your adrenaline rushing, but try and keep your cool beause concentration is key.
